Our Albert Harry concepts, graphics, collections and creative direction are developed in Manchester, UK.

Depending on the product, garments and fashion pieces may be produced, printed or fulfilled by specialist production partners in the UK or internationally.

We select our production route according to the individual product rather than pretending every piece comes from the same place.

Many of our printed Albert Harry T-shirts and streetwear pieces are produced especially for you after an order is placed.

This helps us offer different designs, sizes and colourways without producing large quantities of unwanted stock.

Other fashion and lifestyle products may be supplied from existing stock.

Please use the size chart displayed on the individual product page before ordering.

Our current unisex classic T-shirts are available across a broad size range, but measurements and fit can vary between garment styles.

We recommend comparing the measurements shown on the product page with a T-shirt you already own and like the fit of.

If you prefer a more relaxed or oversized streetwear look, consider choosing a larger size where appropriate.

Albert Harry Fashion uses different garment styles and fashion suppliers, so there isn't one universal size chart covering every product.

You'll therefore find the relevant measurements or sizing information directly on each product page.

Always check the product-specific size guide before ordering.

Delivery depends on the product you order.

Made-to-order printed garments require production time before dispatch, while stocked fashion and lifestyle pieces may be ready to dispatch sooner.

For this reason, we display an estimated UK delivery time on the individual product page wherever possible.

Some Albert Harry Fashion products are produced or dispatched by different specialist fulfilment partners.

If you order products from different collections or product types, they may therefore arrive in separate packages and possibly on different days.

Don't worry if one part of your order arrives before another.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied with your order once your parcel has been dispatched.

If you believe your order is overdue, contact Albert Harry Fashion and we'll investigate it for you.

Occasionally deliveries can be affected by production demand, stock availability, courier disruption, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our direct control.

If your estimated delivery period has passed, allow a little additional time for unexpected courier delays.

If your parcel still hasn't arrived, email albertharry@albertharryfashion.co.uk with your name and order details and we'll investigate.

Include:

• your name and order details;
• a description of the problem; and
• clear photographs showing the item and the fault or damage.

We'll review the problem and arrange the appropriate solution.

Please choose your size and colour carefully before purchasing.

Many Albert Harry printed garments are made individually to order. Because of this, we cannot normally replace or refund a correctly supplied made-to-order garment simply because the wrong size or colour was selected.

Please check the product's size chart before completing your order.

If we supplied the wrong item, or your garment arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly printed, that's different — contact us and we'll sort it

Return arrangements can differ for stocked fashion products and made-to-order garments.

If you want to return an eligible stocked item, contact albertharry@albertharryfashion.co.uk before sending anything back.

We'll confirm the appropriate return procedure and return address for your particular order.

Please do not send a product back to a supplier or manufacturer without contacting Albert Harry Fashion first.

Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel.

Made-to-order products can enter production shortly after an order is received, so cancellation may no longer be possible once production has started.

For stocked products that have already been dispatched, we'll advise you of the appropriate next step.

If your order hasn't entered production or been dispatched, we may be able to amend the address.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or is with the courier, changes cannot always be made.

We work hard to represent our products accurately, but colours can vary slightly according to your phone, monitor, screen brightness and the individual garment material.

Small differences between an on-screen image and the physical garment are therefore possible.
